A little about me

I'm an adrenaline junkie.

Maybe that's why I was drawn to my day job as an Air Traffic Controller in one of the nation’s busiest ATC facilities, responsible for the facility’s most complex airspace in the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley. Every day I'm responsible for thousands of lives and have to make fast paced decisions that keep the flying public safe.

But I also have ADHD, and I get bored quickly. I've needed something different in my life that forces me to constantly learn and adapt. Fitness and nutrition is one of the creative outlets I've found that has me constantly questioning the status quo and finding out the healthiest way to live my life. I love talking about this, so don't get me started unless you really want to hear about it! :)

And while I'm throwing out acronyms, I'm an INFJ (1 of 16 Myers-Briggs Personality Types). INFJs are obsessed with beauty in the world - whether that's nature, kindness, a painting, or the human body. You are beautiful no matter what your weight is, and I accept myself no matter how I look. But at the same time, I want to be the best version of myself, and I've worked hard to acheive and maintain that.

I studied, I worked hard, I discovered what needed to be done, and I lost 32 lbs and toned up my body in a total of 4 months - and I am very happy with my results. When I learned how to lose excess weight and tone up my body, I knew that I needed to share my knowledge and experience with anyone struggling to achieve their weight loss goals.

I've taken all my skills and passions into the fitness arena, where I help others lose unwanted weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I'm now an Independent Team Beachbody Coach and I've spent the last several years relentlessly learning about nutrition, fitness, healhty lifestyles and proven weight loss methods so I can help you achieve your health, fitness and weight loss goals.

True to my INFJ personality type, I am passionate about bringing positive change to the world and helping people become the best versions of themselves. Anyone who says money isn't a motivator for running a business is lying (it's always a factor), but I wouldn't be doing this business if I weren't truly helping people in the process. Whether or not you buy anything, I want you to feel good about yourself and live a healthy life. If I can accomplish that, then we'll both win.
